We are back!!!!
On behalf of my family and myself, thank you so much for all your help, support and hard work with our cruise. We had a fabulous time. Everything went smoothly. We loved the ship and destination’s. We were reluctant to go to Cozumel but we loved it there. It was easy to get around and the people were very friendly. We would definitely go back.
As for the Celebrity Beyond; we were blown away. It was the best cruise we have had. The crew, ship and staff were incredible. The food was amazing. As you said, we had no need for any paid restaurants. The shows and activities were perfect for everyone. Everyone was able to find activities they really enjoyed. We even booked Mike for the behind-the-scenes tour; which he loved. They really went out of their way to make his birthday celebration special. Even digging into the back of their wine cellar for non-alcoholic wine.
I can’t do justice to the level of service we received on the ship. It was way beyond our expectations.
Unanimously we agreed that we would definitely do Celebrity again. It wasn’t a massive ship, so the service was very personal and detailed.
Thank you once again. Our family had many precious memories that we will cherish forever.

My husband and I, along with another couple, relied on Ken’s expertise and recommendations for our Mediterranean cruise in September 2025.
Not having travelled overseas since before COVID, we found the many details and decisions a bit overwhelming - especially when the Air Canada strike at the end of August threatened to complicate our plans.

Wonderful Decision To Work With Ken
IIn August 2025 I took a Viking cruise on the Upper Mississippi River. I would recommend this short but informative trip to anyone who is not familiar with the river or the middle of the US.
Originally, I booked the cruise through a Viking agent. Although he was pleasant, he didn’t give me any special information. Subsequently I changed the booking to Ken Graham (kengraham.travelonly.com or kengraham@travelonly.com). Wow! How wonderful that decision was on my part. Among other benefits – more to come – was a substantial shipboard credit. Ken was able to explain some of the vagaries of Viking’s system that I didn’t understand; he sent reminders on flight changes and even requested specific seats on my flights. I’m not always comfortable with tipping, and he offered his advice. When trying to do an early check in on my flight home, Delta airlines completely confused me. Ken was immediately available by phone and talked me off the cliff that I was precariously hanging on. Not only does he understand Viking, he understands air travel. Upon my arrival at home, I was greeted by a lovely hand painted card hoping I had a wonderful trip.
I again sought Ken’s help when trying to find a hotel that would allow my dog in the room in a semi-rural part of New Jersey. After hours on the computer, I had found nothing within 30 miles. Ken found a hotel within four miles of my destination.
I have never had such excellent, correct, and prompt information and help. I urge anyone to use Ken’s services and skills.

Uniworld Rhine, Moselle, and Belgium Grand Discovery
We just finished a15-day Uniworld River Cruise from Basel, Switzerland, to Brussels, Belgium. The cruise was fabulous! We saw so many wonderful cities and had beautiful sailing. The food on the ship was outstanding, as was the service.
We are so thankful for Ken, who assisted us in selecting and booking this cruise! He is a wonderful travel advisor. He got us booked, arranged for transportation to and from the ship, and sent important email reminders to us from the time of booking up until the start of the cruise. Ken is very organized, and he takes the stress out of travel. He keeps up with what paperwork is needed, when payment is due, and all the timelines/details that arise between booking a cruise and boarding the ship.
We are so very glad to have Ken as our travel advisor!

We just went on an Alaskan Cruise which was amazing thanks to Ken.Alaska is an amazing place to visit, the scenery is breathtaking, you will love every minute of it. The planning could not have been simpler thanks to Ken, he was there every step of the way. If we had any questions he was able to answer them for us.Going to Alaska was a bit of a challenge for packing. We are used to going south, so packing for Alaska is totally different. Ken sent us a list of things which we should consider packing which was very helpful.Long and short, if you are planning a cruise, I would highly recommend Ken to help you every step of the way.Thanks once again for a memorable cruise, L&DL & D

We just returned from our tip that we booked with Ken for our anniversary. Ken did a fantastic job of getting us booked at the resort we wanted and explained everything so thoroughly. It was so easy to work with him, and he took all the stress of booking completely off of us. Ken's follow up before we went, while we were away and when we returned were exceptional.
